1. Who we are

These terms apply to this website (eaglecoinbullions.com) and to purchases made on it. The website is operated by Eagle Coin Bullions, 100 Placeholder Street, Suite 03, Anytown, NY 10010 (“we”, “us”), under the name Eagle Coin Bullions.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, able to enter a binding contract, and buying for delivery to an address in the United States.

3. Prices

Prices are shown per item in US dollars and may change from time to time, for example when the silver market moves. The price that applies is the one in your cart when you place your order. Where a lower price applies to a larger quantity, it is shown on the product page and applied in your cart. A price shown is not an offer to sell at that price at a later time.

4. Orders

An order is accepted when we confirm it by email, and from then on it is a binding agreement to buy. We may refuse or cancel an order for the reasons in our Order Cancellation Policy, including a price shown in error.

5. Pre-sale products

We do not currently take pre-sale orders. If we offer one in future, its product page will state the expected ship date, and we will update these terms first.

6. Verification

We may ask for identity and payment verification, including a photo ID for larger orders, and may hold or cancel an order until it is complete.

7. Shipping, returns and cancellations

8. Product photos and descriptions

Coin photos show a typical example. The coin you receive is the same year and type but may differ slightly in toning and minor marks. Brilliant Uncirculated describes the coin’s condition; it is not a grade from a grading service.

9. Not investment advice

Silver prices go up and down, and the value of coins you buy may fall. We do not give investment, tax or legal advice.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or changes in the market value of precious metals. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version on this page when you place an order applies to that order.
