Payment Policy

Accepted methods

The payment methods we accept are the ones shown at checkout. Their logos also appear at the foot of every page.

Price by payment method

Some payment methods cost more to process than others. If a method carries a fee or a discount, it appears at checkout as its own line, labelled with the method and the percentage, before you place your order.

Prices and currency

All prices are in US dollars. The price in your cart when you place your order is the price you pay. Sales tax, where it applies, is calculated at checkout.

Payment deadlines

If you pay by bank wire or check, where offered, your payment must reach us within 3 business days of your order. If it does not, we contact you, and we may cancel the order under our Order Cancellation Policy. Orders paid this way ship once the payment has cleared.

Verification

All orders are subject to payment authorization and fraud checks. Larger orders may need a photo ID before they ship, as part of our anti-money-laundering obligations; checkout tells you if yours does. We may delay, decline or cancel an order we cannot reasonably verify.

Security

Card payments are processed by our payment provider over an encrypted connection. We never see or store your full card number.
