How We Ship Your Silver Eagles

Updated . Written by Eagle Coin Bullions.

Short answer

We ship to US addresses only. Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days and sent by USPS, UPS or FedEx with tracking. Delivery typically takes 5–7 business days in total, and larger orders may need a signature. If a parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive, contact us within three business days of the carrier’s delivery date.

From order to doorstep

  1. Order confirmation. You receive an email as soon as you place your order, showing the prices that were held at checkout.
  2. Payment and checks. We confirm payment. Larger orders need a photo ID before they ship, as required of precious-metals dealers; the confirmation page explains how to upload it.
  3. Processing. Orders are usually packed within 1–2 business days, Monday to Friday, excluding US federal holidays.
  4. Shipping email. When the parcel leaves, you receive the carrier and tracking number. You can also check it on our Track Your Bullion page.
  5. Delivery. Most orders arrive 5–7 business days after you order.

If something goes wrong

If the parcel arrives damaged, keep all packaging and take photos of the box, the packing and the coins before you contact us. If tracking shows the parcel as delivered but you do not have it, check with neighbors and your building office, then contact us. Please report any problem within three business days of the carrier’s delivery date. For a missing parcel we may ask you to sign a Certificate of Non-Receipt so we can file a claim with the carrier.

Your order is our responsibility until the carrier delivers it. Once the carrier confirms a loss or damage, we send replacement coins or refund the affected items, whichever you prefer. The details are in our Shipping Policy.
