Description

The 2025 American Silver Eagle continues the Type 2 design: Adolph A. Weinman’s Walking Liberty on the obverse and Emily Damstra’s eagle landing with an oak branch (Type 2) on the reverse.

Each coin is struck by the United States Mint from one troy ounce of 0.999 fine silver, carries a $1 face value, measures 40.6 mm across and has a reeded edge. Coins are sold in Brilliant Uncirculated condition, as struck for bullion: they are not third-party graded and do not come in a graded holder.

It is the year before the series’ 40th anniversary and a recent date that stackers often buy alongside the current year.
